Rates and Payment Options
Self-Pay:
I offer a competitive pay rate of $125 per session. This payment option allows you to directly manage the cost of your treatment.
Insurance Coverage:
I also accept various insurance plans to make therapy more accessible. If you have mental health coverage through your insurance provider, you may be eligible for partial or full coverage for services.

Partner with Headway
For clients who are using Aetna, Cigna, and BlueCross BlueShield plans - I partner with Headway, a 3rd party billing service. This frees up some of my time so I can better focus on client care while still prioritizing treatment accessibility.
